REFYRA / THE FIRST EDITION

Clear references.
Visible rules.

From choosing a reference to launching a token and following its market.

01 / THE IDEA

A reference for every market.

Start with one of 110 selected references: 83 company share references, 11 equity ETFs, three commodity funds and three bond ETFs, plus ten currency pairs. Each has an identifier, an explicit quote unit and a source you can inspect.

A REFYRA launch creates an independent token paired with ETH. Buyers and sellers determine its actual market price. A displayed reference does not automatically make the token track that price. The workspace supports reference research, drafts and wallet-confirmed launch preparation.

A REFYRA reference token would not provide ownership of shares, ETF units, physical commodities or bonds. No asset backing, income or redemption right is implied.

FROM REFERENCE TO MARKET

Launch. Trade on the curve. Graduate.

Choose a reference. The reference library contains instruments to research. A listed stock or fund is not a launched REFYRA token, and its USD quote is not a token trading price.

Launch a token. The creator reviews the token details, fees and simulation, then confirms the transaction in their wallet. Only a confirmed Pons launch appears under Live markets.

On curve. The token begins with a bonding curve against ETH. Purchases and sales change its market price according to the curve’s rules.

In transition. Reaching the graduation condition does not mean the final pool already exists. Graduation and pool creation must complete; the list shows those pending stages separately.

Graduated. This label means the Pons factory reports a created pool. A fresh trade quote still determines whether a particular purchase or sale can execute.

Newest and Oldest use the confirmed launch block time. Name A–Z sorts token names. The live list checks confirmed REFYRA launches on-chain; unavailable checks are excluded from counts. Reference-library price sorting uses the displayed share quote, including any clearly marked last-known quote.

The public list links to each token on the block explorer. Trading and reserve controls on this site currently belong to the signed-in creator workspace. Reference tracking, reserve funding and an executing operator require separate setup; they are not activated by listing a token.

02 / REFERENCE QUOTES

Actual observations. Honest timestamps.

The quote connection reads Robinhood’s public Stock Token API. Displayed reference prices are the midpoint of the underlying share bid and ask: (bid + ask) / 2, in USD. They are not executable offers and do not include the Robinhood token multiplier.

Visible pages refresh every 60 seconds. Each detail page shows the provider’s generation timestamp and the last check time. Generation time is the API server’s time, not the exchange trade or quote time. The endpoint does not identify the current market session, so a recently generated response can still contain a delayed or unchanged price.

We validate the symbol, chain deployment, currency, positive bid and ask, timestamp and halt flag. After two minutes without a recent generated response, or after an invalid response or failed refresh, the last valid observation is marked as a last known quote. A reported trading halt is displayed separately.

Only underlying share prices are used here. A Robinhood ERC-20 token valuation would require its current corporate-action multiplier. Fund distributions and share splits need explicit handling before a target strategy can execute.

03 / PROPOSED TARGET MODEL

One definition from the start.

Target price = initial target ×
current reference price / reference price at launch

Example: a $1 initial target becomes $1.10 when the same defined reference rises by 10%. This calculation does not guarantee that a token trades at its target. Converting a USD target to ETH also requires a synchronized ETH/USD observation.

The launch baseline, corporate actions, stale data, halts and market closures need explicit rules. The quote connection is available; automated tracking and execution of this target model are not implemented.

04 / FEES AND RESERVES

Fees can fund a strategy.

Drafts let you propose a creator-fee split between a reserve, buybacks and operations. These fields describe an intended policy; saving them does not configure a contract or move funds.

A limited reserve cannot guarantee a peg. Actual purchases and sales would need balances, token inventory, slippage limits, liquidity checks and transaction monitoring. No reserve, liquidity pool or buyback program has been activated by this website.

05 / LAUNCH READINESS

What works today.

  • Search, category filters, card and list views
  • USD prices, bid/ask and visible timestamps
  • Owner-only drafts and reference requests
  • Saved definitions and JSON draft export
  • Updated branding assets
  • Wallet connection, launch simulation and transaction review
  • Confirmed launch discovery with lifecycle filters and sorting

  • Private transaction history per browser session
  • Owner-only strategy setup with fee-routing controls

Still required for trading

  • Actual wallet confirmations and verified deployment receipts
  • A deployed REFYRA token and pool
  • Target baseline and corporate-action rules
  • Strategy contracts, keeper and security review
  • Collected-fee accounting and automatic strategy execution
  • Production monitoring and data-use review

Pons is the proposed launch infrastructure. A successful read-only launch simulation demonstrates that a particular launch call could execute at the tested block; it does not deploy a token or implement reference tracking. Quote availability also does not imply that the reference asset is approved for every Pons pool.

Saving a draft only records a private plan. The separate Launch a token flow prepares a real transaction for the creator to review and confirm. Simulation alone does not create a market. No paid data subscription has been purchased.

Launch and trading are available through your browser wallet. Prepared transactions are private to this browser session, which lasts up to seven days. Clearing site cookies or changing browsers loses that history; it does not change your onchain holdings. Save confirmed transaction hashes. This session does not prove wallet ownership: every transaction still requires your wallet approval.

06 / BONDS AND COMMODITIES

Fund shares have their own units.

The active bond desk starts with SGOV, SHY and BND. These are ETF share-price references, not individual Treasury bills. A fund distribution can reduce its share price; this price-only definition does not reinvest it. No yield or coupon is payable to a REFYRA token holder.

Gold, silver and oil start with GLD, SLV and USO respectively. Each price is USD per fund share. GLD is not a price per troy ounce; USO is not a price per barrel, and its oil-futures exposure can behave differently from spot oil. Fund expenses, holdings and roll behavior matter.

The earlier research collection remains accessible separately: 50 bond ETFs, 80 German government bonds and 464 US Treasury candidates, researched on September 8, 2026. Its stored observations are historical research and do not add trading-ready markets to this first edition. Individual bonds need clean/dirty-price conventions, coupon and maturity rules, and a suitable current secondary-market feed.

CURRENCIES / DAILY REFERENCE

Read the pair, then its date.

EUR/USD means US dollars per one euro. USD/JPY means yen per one US dollar. REFYRA calculates ten currency pairs from the ECB’s euro reference rates using the same reference date for both currencies.

Source: European Central Bank. Cross rates calculated by REFYRA. Publications are normally daily around 16:00 CET on working days except TARGET closing days. The displayed change compares the previous published reference day; it is not a live 24-hour change.

These rates are provided for information only. They are not executable quotes, currency conversion offers or inputs to automated trading. No currency token or FX pool is launched by listing a pair. A future tradable FX market requires a separate suitable execution-price source.

07 / SOURCES AND BRANDING

Built with visible sources.

REFYRA has its own interface and identity, inspired by the reference-market approach of 500.capital and commodites.market. The organizations and instrument issuers are not presented as partners.

Reference badges use issuer marks where available, commodity illustrations, or REFYRA ticker typography. A ticker badge is an identifier, not an official company logo.
